Please note that we do not accept refund requests.

Returns

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of purchased items.  Additionally, we cannot accept returns on personalised, sale items or gift cards.  However, we do accept cancellations of orders within 24 hours.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Please contact us on customers@thecopperfruit.com providing suitable pictures.
